Shortly after becoming a personal trainer, I earned my prenatal and postnatal certification so I could specialize in this important stage of life. With over 15 years of experience working with prenatal and postnatal clients, I focus on helping women build strength, improve mobility, and recover confidently through every phase of motherhood with personalized, in-home training.
