My name is Jessica and I am your Fitness Expert and Owner of Sykora Fitness. We provide personal training and in-home training services throughout the South Bay and beyond. We specialize in helping you look and feel your best. We customize a convenient, in-home training program that will work for you and keep you motivated!

Through personalized training sessions, with a recommended frequency of two to three times per week, we can provide you with the coaching, guidance and motivation you need to keep you feeling fit, focused and free. Personal training is therapeutic, energizing, and proven to work better than training on your own.
Born and raised in Tempe, Arizona, I attended Arizona State University. I majored in Communications and Economics and upon graduation, I realized my passion was in the fitness and wellness industry. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Prenatal and Postnatal Personal Training. I have over 8 years of experience as a Trainer and Wellness Coach. My specialties are weight loss, strength training, toning, women on weights, prenatal and postnatal personal training, kettlebell training, strength and conditioning, sports specific training, toning glutes and thighs, functional movement, posture correction and corrective exercise.
I am a Pro beach volleyball player and in my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, practicing the piano, painting, snowboarding, boating, board games, traveling the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour and pretty much all things active!
Kate graduated from Long Beach State University with double Bachelor’s Degrees in Exercise Science and Molecular Chemistry, and a Minor in Psychology. She has been a Personal Trainer since 2013. Kate currently works as a Tier 3+ Personal Trainer for Equinox, but is currently available for private training sessions. She is certified through ACE Fitness, CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning) and also has a pilates certification. She holds specialty certifications in Pre/Post Natal Training, Yoga, TRX Suspension Training, Kettle Bell Level 1 & 2 Training and Animal Flow.
In her spare time Kate loves to play beach volleyball, she enjoys traveling, cooking, sewing, painting and of course, working out daily. She continues to develop her most recent passion, cooking, and loves to create new recipes and easy ways to stay organized with healthy meals during a very busy week.
