My name is Jessica Sykora and I am the owner and head personal trainer. We provide in-home prenatal training, women’s and senior citizen training throughout West Los Angeles and the South Bay. I designed my business to help create a comfortable and convenient space for women and elderly adults to stay active and get professional fitness guidance. Our female trainers offer in-home personal training designed for women at every stage. We also help elderly looking to stay active in the privacy of their own home.

Nope, our trainers travel with equipment so all you really need is space and maybe a yoga mat. If you happen to have a gym, that’s great, we will use it.

It’s fully personalized, private, and efficient. No commute, no waiting for equipment, and no distractions. Every session is tailored to you.

Most sessions are about 60 minutes long, but we offer options depending on your schedule and goals.

The typical frequency to see optimal results is 2-3 times per week. Depending on your budget, we can give you homework as necessary.
