I started training with Jessica shortly after giving birth to my second son. I wanted to shed the baby weight, but more specifically work on trouble areas I have had most of my adult life. Even completely sleep deprived with a newborn, I looked forward to my sessions with Jessica and always left feeling stronger and happier. I saw amazing results in my arms, butt, hips and overall core strength. She gave me confidence in what I could attain with my body. 2.5 years later, I am still training with her regularly, because she keeps me fit and she is a joy to workout with.
