Jessica has changed my life!! I’ve been training with her for 3 years and she is absolutely amazing. She is the first personal trainer I’ve ever had and probably will be the only trainer I ever have. Jessica challenges me in a way where I met my fitness goals but also understands my limitations. She pushes me in a way that makes me want to go back for more but doesn’t ever want to make me give up or feel hopeless. She is flexible with scheduling and an absolute professional!! I started training with Jessica shortly after giving birth to my second son. I wanted to shed the baby weight, but more specifically work on trouble areas I have had most of my adult life. Even completely sleep deprived with a newborn, I looked forward to my sessions with Jessica and always left feeling stronger and happier. I saw amazing results in my arms, butt, hips and overall core strength. She gave me confidence in what I could attain with my body. 2.5 years later, I am still training with her regularly, because she keeps me fit and she is a joy to workout with.

I have had Jessica as my personal trainer for the past year and here are three of the many traits that make Jessica a great trainer. First she is super knowledgeable about the science of exercise and the human body. From the start she identified my weak areas and sent me information and integrated specific exercises into our sessions that are bringing my total physique to the next level. Second she is a great listener and responds immediately to any requests or issues so I feel like we are a team working together toward my goals which makes the training sessions extra motivating and satisfying. Third she is one of the most responsible people I know; I don’t recall her even being late to one scheduled session much less missing one and she quickly responds to my emails, especially helpful when I need to reschedule. I would highly recommend Jessica as a personal trainer.
I have been a personal trainer for 10 years and I signed up for training with Jessica so she could teach me some volleyball skills. We trained twice a week and she taught me how to serve, spike and set, as well as the tricks to getting the ball to go where you want it to go. I now feel confident to go out and play and feel like I have the knowledge to keep working on my skills so eventually I can play in sand tournaments. Jessica always drove me to the courts and paid for our parking, it made me feel like I was being taken care of and didn’t have to worry about any thing other than getting good at volleyball. She was patient with my lack of ability and never made me feel like I couldn’t do it. Jessica is knowledgeable and fun. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get in shape or improve his or her volleyball skills. As one of her co-workers I have seen her working with many people and seen her make positive changes in many peoples lives!!! I would hire Jessica again if I lived near her and I recommend you do the same!!!
