My name is Jessica and I am your Fitness Expert and Personal Trainer servicing the South Bay. I specialize in helping you become a happier and healthier you through living an active lifestyle.
I pride myself in creating customized training programs that work for you. I will initially assess your body movements looking for any imbalances or setbacks that may need to be addressed to prevent injury, and overtraining and to help maximize your mobility. Once you are moving pain-free and efficiently, I create a program that not only gives you what you want, but also what you need in order to reach your fitness goals.
Through personalized sessions with me two to three times per week, I can provide you with the coaching, guidance, and motivation you need to keep you feeling fit, focused and free. Personal training has therapeutic, motivating and energizing components to it, and is proven to work better than working out on your own. About Your Trainer
Born and raised in Tempe, Arizona, I attended Arizona State University. I majored in Communications and Economics and upon graduation, I realized my passion was in the fitness and wellness industry. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Pre/Post-Natal Training. I have over 8 years of experience as a Trainer and Wellness Coach. My specialties are weight loss, strength training, toning, women on weights, pre/post natal personal training, kettlebell training, strength and conditioning, sports specific training, toning glutes and thighs, functional movement, posture correction and corrective exercise.
I am a semi-pro beach volleyball player and in my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, practicing the piano, painting, snowboarding, boating, board games, traveling the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour and pretty much all things active!
