1-2 Ripe Bananas
2 Dates
A scoop of Peanut Butter
Almond Milk or Whole Milk
Cinnamon
Ice
It’s very filling and gives you lots of energy!
1 Ripe Banana
Handfull of Spinach
Frozen or fresh mangos
Almond Milk or Coconut Water
1/2 TSP Vanilla
1/2 TSP Lime
Ice
