Prenatal and Post Natal Personal Training focuses on strengthening the hip, pelvic and gluteal region while keeping excess weight gain to the normal limits. The ideal frequency for personal training for pregnancy is 2-3 times per week before pregnancy, during pregnancy, or 5-weeks after pregnancy.
