Here are two of my favorite smoothie recipes!

Power Smoothie

1-2 Ripe Bananas

2 Dates

A scoop of Peanut Butter

Almond Milk or Whole Milk

Cinnamon

Ice

It’s very filling and gives you lots of energy! 

Green Smoothie

1 Ripe Banana

Handfull of Spinach

Frozen or fresh mangos

Almond Milk or Coconut Water

1/2 TSP Vanilla

1/2 TSP Lime

Ice

A green smoothie you might enjoy! A great way to get your greens in!
